The idea of this build was for it to look like it had always been there.The clients were looking to double the size of the existing 100 plus year old villa. 

Extending the master bed at one end to give them a walk in wardrobe and ensuite. Then doubling the size of the other end for a new kitchen,office,two bedrooms ,laundry and bathroom. New double glazed aliminium windows were installed with window facings made to match the existing originals. All the exterior timber detailing was laminated and machined onsite to make it match the old end of the house. Internaly a rimu floor was layed ,the new kitchen and scullery installed and all new modern systems were put into this timeless home. A true joy to see the end result and build the way it used to be done.
