To accommodate a busy lifestyle of travel, business and family.

This extension added on a library, a home movie theatre, kitchen and wine cellar.
Making a grand home bigger and better was the aim of this project. the client was after a very large library space and a quality home movie theater.
With wall to wall book shelves and recessed coffered ceilings we have created an extraordinary executive space.
Building a completely sound proof theater right next to a library was achieved by sound proof walls allowing the quite time in the library while a true cinema experience is going on right next door.
Externally we completely designed and built the outside entertainment area with a large exposed aggregate concrete patio with built in outdoor fire, pergolas and Kwila balcony.

We are currently in the process of renovating the rest of this large family home. Including a new main kitchen, oak floors, three bathrooms, new windows and a full exterior repaint.
