This substantial new build was a complete development of a 20 acre block overlooking the Mt Hutt mountain range on the outskirts of Methven.  

Working closely with a client that knows what she wants, the build evolved through its duration ending in a remarkable home. 
Built with four double bedrooms with 2.5 bathrooms, master bedroom has an ensuite and large walk in wardrobe. Spacious open plan designer kitchen, dining and family room with separate lounge. Substantial landscaping including Kwila deckings and Japanese style pergola create a seamless indoor/outdoor flow from the main living area. We also built a large detached shed.
