Building "outside the box" is something we really enjoy! 

Japanese inspired. This house was a joy to build from the ground up. With an extremely complex roof lines to tounge and groove racking soffits. 
Working closely with the client to achieve the look and feel that they wanted for their home. 
To list a few of the main feature of this remarkable build - Hydronic in-floor heating through out, grand front entrance with large Japanese cedar front door leading to a double height foyer flooded with natural daylight from the huge custom made three panel skylight. Four large bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, Masterbed and en-suite with cast recessed display tank in the floor. Open plan kitchen, dining and lounge. Custom made over-sized cedar cavity slider leading to a second lounge area. 
Working with the client we completely designed and built the outdoor areas to include a Japanese inspired fish pond with custom cast floating pavers, multiple Kwila deckings and screens, rendered block walls and cedar gates were added for privacy.
