When approached by our client they were looking at extending the house out from both ends. This was an extensive renovation from the ground up.

The farm house was reclad in timber weatherboards, all windows were replaced with double glazed units and re-roofed. Internally the insulation was replaced and the walls were relined. A new kitchen with an oak floor and all bathrooms were installed. Externally new deckings were built and concrete paths layed.
