Southern Alps Design

The project was a collaborative process with a highly experienced and discerning client who, having completed multiple builds, brought a clear and informed vision from the outset. As a result, the design naturally evolved throughout construction, culminating in a truly exceptional home tailored to both lifestyle and setting.
The residence comprises four spacious double bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, with the master suite featuring a well-appointed ensuite and generous walk-in wardrobe. At its heart, the home embraces open-plan living, incorporating a designer kitchen, dining, and family area, complemented by a separate lounge to provide additional comfort and flexibility.
A defining feature of the design is the strong connection between indoor and outdoor living. This is achieved through extensive landscaping, including Kwila decking and a Japanese-inspired pergola, which seamlessly extends the main living spaces into the surrounding environment. A large detached shed was also constructed, adding practical versatility to the property.
