Every detail was carefully considered, from the intricate rooflines to the beautifully crafted tongue-and-groove raking soffits, reflecting a high level of craftsmanship throughout.
Working closely with the client was essential in creating a home that captured their unique vision and lifestyle. Standout features include hydronic in-floor heating throughout, along with a grand front entrance centred around a striking Japanese cedar front door. This opens into a dramatic double-height foyer, flooded with natural light from a custom three-panel skylight above.
The home offers four generous bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, including a luxurious master suite with ensuite and a recessed feature display tank set into the floor. Expansive open-plan kitchen, dining, and living spaces create a seamless sense of flow, while an oversized custom cedar cavity slider opens to a second, more intimate lounge.
Outdoor living was designed with equal care and collaboration. A Japanese-inspired fish pond with custom-cast floating pavers creates an immediate sense of calm and serenity. Multiple Kwila decking areas, privacy screens, rendered block walls, and cedar gates complete the landscaping, blending functionality with natural beauty.
